The Sr QA Engineer position will be responsible for the development and execution of detailed test plansand corresponding automated tests that support new features and fixes to the QNXT product suite. Testing responsibilities will include UI, Business Functionality and Integration testing for the QNXT product, a windows based multi server platform environment. The QA Engineer will work closely with an Agile Delivery team to deliver software enhancements. Responsibilities will include test planning, test automation, test execution and defect tracking and reporting for release certification.

Qualifications:
Education: BS in Computer Science or related major
Required Experience:
&bull 5 years of experience as Quality Engineer
&bull 5 years of experience software testing/Agile development teams
&bull Possess strong ability to tackle complex problems creatively, manage risk and influence rapid decision-making
&bull Team player and works well in multi-discipline groups
&bull Highly driven and motivated with a high level of initiative
- Scrum Alliance Advanced CSM, Advanced CSPO required
Desired Experience:
- Experience using Selenium Webdriver automation testing tool
- Knowledgeable in software applications, preferably health care processing system.
- Experience working with C#, .NET and SQL a plus
- Familiar with at least one database platform (Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB)
- Strong interpersonal skills in all communications with customers and internal staff at all levels
- Willingness to learn new processes and testing techniques
