Job Summary:
The Sr. UI Architect will partner with other developer, architects and technology decision-makers to guide overall direction of the user interface layer of the site and will work closely with Technical Leads, Application Architects, Software Developers and Management in a highly collaborative environment.
The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering to strategic business vision, enterprise level architecture strategies, and developing innovative enterprise IT enablement practices that create business value.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Sr Application Architect who should guide the project on overall aspects like Microservices Design Patterns, and Front End using React JS.
Sr. Architect Role summary :
Hands*on technology Architect or play a solution Architect and be a part of RFP solution team
Knowledge on one or more cloud platform
Analyze the client portfolio and provide migration strategy
Work across the PODs
Design DevSecOps (CI/CD pipeline) for the automation
Participate in community activities like thought leadership , recruitment and enablement
*For technology architect, Having a deeper hands*on expertise in one public cloud environment. providing technology architecture and solutions to the business problems. Contributing to proposals in technology architecture. Support community development activities in following areas: build a strong community of Architects, operate efficiently as a community, and foster thought leadership.
Business Solution cut across multi platform/ ToolsIdentify relevant architecture design and identify right platform and software.
*Design of web scale architect, Resilience design, application migration design for native cloud across multiple apps. Design, develop and implement components of a app with story ownership across layers, usage of Common micro services through domain driven design. Application implementation expertise. Provide re architect (Microservice, Event Driven) design for the full stack application using the best of the tech stack that meets cloud native standards. Should have the ability to work acroos the PODs and design solution architecture for multiple PODs..Market Research
*Researching and evaluating technical standards and tools for a project and determining which ones are the optimal choice
Thought Leadership:
*Update backlog thru idea / repeatable solution for thought leadership
* Part of backlog implementation
* Harvesting, asset and tool building
Vision, Leadership and Relationship Management
*Support client delivery
* Solution architecting (solutioning)
* Internal/external certification
* Value contribution to account/customer
Coding (user story Realization across layers)
* For Technology architect, Identify the complex business and technical problems and develop POC.to resolve. Resolve architectural and technology related issues arising in a POD. Ensure DevOps culture from day one.
Develop tier coding, business layer coding, interface development, service development, creation of stored procedures, etc. as applicable for the work package / project.
* For Solution architect, Identify the complex business and technical problems and develop POC.to resolve. Resolve architectural and technology related issues arising in a POD. Ensure DevOps culture from day one. Bringing solution cut across layers, bringing cloud agnostic and technology agnostic solutions. Identify the right framework and tools.
* Design CI/CD pipeline
* Application Demo
* MVP development
*Setup team DevOps environment (Azure Board DevOps);
* For both technology and solution architects, Knowledge of Design patterns , classes Fa?e, delegate, BO, Implemented the DAO , Service, factory pattern, Ability to follow sequence diagram, spring framework, MVC, MVP patterns
*Adhering to coding standards, guidelines and best practices;
* Understand all competency layers (E.g.. UI, platforms, methodologies, etc.) and raise clarifications / issues / concerns regarding work output;
* Applying security features using defensive programming techniques.
* Develop and execute automated test scripts as per client agreements
* Develop and execute regression strategies and tests (wherever applicable)
* Practice TDD Model of Development & Testing

* Estimation

Knowledge Management:
* Conduct training and advise business;
* Participate in Community Techtalks

* Contribute to CDE KM by publishing project learning like POV, Frameworks, best practices, etc.
Qualifications:
• AWS Solution Architect certification.
• TOGAF certification
• Agile Scrum experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Client negotiation skills
