Job Purpose
In this role, the successful candidate performs rebills and corrected claims when identified by the AR Team.
Duties and Responsibilities include knowledge on all reporting aspects, communications terminology, technology, and organizational procedures. Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned.
1. Performs rebills and corrected claims
2. Ability to meet and exceed productivity benchmarks.
3. Ability to meet and maintain quality assurance score of 95% or higher
4. Works with management to identify, trend, and address the root causes of issues in the A/R.
5. Needs to be a strong problem solver and critical thinker to resolve accounts
6. Other duties may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s Degree or 2 Years Experience
Prefer Experience in Quadax, SSI and Epic
Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $[20.00-24.00] per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
