Customer-centric product consultant with excellent communication skills to work on implementation and rollout of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management systems (MAWM or WMOS). The selected candidate will work with multiple Warehouse sites to rollout our designed solutions to efficiently satisfy business requirements, while balancing complexity to ensure processes are supportable and cost effective. Candidate should be a strong proponent of fully leveraging standard functionality and minimizing system changes, ensuring that enhancements are operationally and financially justified. Lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems
- Analyze and optimize components of the solution to take advantage of best practices
- Work with all appropriate parties to effectively estimate project timelines and deliverables
- Recognize and highlight incremental improvement opportunities
- Write functional and mapping specifications for modification, interface, report, and label requirements
- Author and/or review system and procedural documentation throughout the project
- Troubleshoot and identify root cause for issues. Liaise between Business and Product Vendors (MHE, Kronos, etc) for coordination
Must have skills
- 10 years of general consulting implementation experience
- 8 years of Manhattan Associates WMS solution design experience in MAWM, WMOS, MIF, Labor, SCI
- 5 years of Manhattan Associates WMS production support experience
- Should have implemented at least 3 full cycles of Manhattan Associates Implementations with multiple rollouts for each implementation.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in WMOS/MAWM integration design and data-mapping along with WMOS/MAWM functional expertise.
- Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution functional concepts
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to individuals, small groups, and executive leadership
Good to have skills
- Experience with other Manhattan Associates solutions such as DOM, TMS, Slotting, etc.
- Experience reading and writing SQL, and tools such as Postman
- Experience with other supply chain execution systems such as BlueYonder, HighJump, and SAP
- Experience in different industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Health, etc
- Experience managing time between working onsite and offshore hours.
- Knowledge of Cloud concepts; certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum
- Education
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment
