Job Description The services / expertise to be provided to US Army INSCOM in support of this opportunity include Project Management, DevSecOps Engineers, IT Operations Analyst, and Cyber Security Subject Matter Experts (SME). The PM shall have full authority to act and speak for the Contractor on all matters relating to operation of this contract. The PM must be available during normal duty hours to meet or discuss issues with the Project Volta Leadership Team. The PM is responsible for performing day-to-day management of the contractor's Volta on-site and off-site team involved in analyzing, integrating, sustaining, training, documenting, planning, implementing, testing, releasing, deploying, operating, and monitoring the Volta environment to ensure the Volta DSO Services are available to the Army Intelligence Enterprise. The PM is also responsible for managing all Volta contractor team customer engagement activities, and monitoring and managing all contract deliverables. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-time onsite, full-time offsite, Volta Team and rotation schedule of the team. Assist Volta Government Leads and Volta Contractor Leads with Government customer engagement activities including but not limited to training and onboarding. Ensure the team follows the processes documented in the Volta body of evidence, and these processes are kept up-to-date. Ensure the members of the Volta team have INSCOM, AC2SP, and Volta accounts, as required. Ensure all software artifacts are transferred from low to high networks in a timely manner. Ensure software licenses are purchased according to the schedule, budget, and estimated number of users per network. Monitor and manage all contract deliverables and lead Quality Control activities for all deliverables. Travel up to 50% of the time. Required Qualifications BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with at least 15 years’ experience in management of programs and projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) “OR” Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Certification in Project Management. At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager supporting Army Military Intelligence. Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered. Preferred Qualifications MS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics Minimum Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in management of programs and projects. Desired Skills: Has the communication skills to effectively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates. Anticipated Start Date: 15 May 2023 Compensation $125,866.00 - $201,386.00 The pay range for this job is determined by various factors, including but not necessarily limited to location, responsibilities of the job, and alignment with market data.
