Director, Global HPE Alliance
The Director, Global HPE Alliance will be accountable for developing and supporting our joint business,
globally. This includes developing a cohesive go-to-market strategy, as well as the creation and
execution of business plans that support and amplify each Sales Geo's business initiatives, with laser-like
focus on increasing Cohesity software revenues sold with HPE. The successful creation and execution of
this plan will require cross-organization alignment and will be reviewed by Cohesity's executive team.
The ideal candidate will be capable of coordinating and synchronizing efforts with all Field Sales and
Marketing resources, and regularly work with internal resources to establish support for go-to-market
programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the training and enablement of
Sales and Marketing teams from both organizations, as well as Channel Partners on our integrated
offerings.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and apply data-driven
analytics to the joint business, our product set, and the technical challenges we are solving. This
requires the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, and work cross-organizationally
to build consensus. We are looking for candidates that are creative, aggressive and looking to expand
and advance their careers with the leader in modern data management and security.
This role may require intensive travel, up to 75% of the time. However, travel requirements and focus
may evolve over time as our relationship develops.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving pipeline and achieving bookings targets, including the creation and
execution of campaigns and sales plays. - Facilitate and manage the Partner and Cohesity field engagement, particularly during Sales
pursuits. - Work closely with the Cohesity Channel Team to develop and deliver GTM initiatives.
- Responsible for identifying and enabling joint partners to sell the joint solution.
- Sales development and education aimed at internal, Partner, and Channel audiences.
- Enablement of HPE Sales and SE teams (and Cohesity sales and SE teams).
- Work collectively with Cohesity and HPE Channel teams to enable Partners.
- Communicate all aspects of the business: pipeline development and management, revenue
attainment, etc. - Coordinate and lead joint Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present current state, financial
and program history, and plan/ratify high impact future endeavors.Qualifications:
7 or more years of experience working with Software/SaaS companies, and/or Hyper Converged
Infrastructure in an Alliance Management, Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development role.Proven track record of driving joint GTM and field motions - experience supporting an OEM
relationship preferred.Passionate and energetic attitude.Must be a proven and known evangelist.
Experience working in a fast pace, Sales-driven culture.
Must be a strong fit with Cohesity's culture.
Strong business acumen – the ability to understanding business drivers, and articulate them
from multiple points of view.Current on industry trends and new technologies.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Salary : $147,840 - $203,280
