We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Finance team for a Temporary Billing Assistant based out of our Charlotte office in a remote capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Data clean up in Elite system based on feedback from the business
  • Cash receipts entry into Elite system
  • Data entry into SAP system
  • Working in ticketing system to pull specific tickets
  • Assist with answering basic questions on new systems
  • Assistance with time entry changes
  • Other duties as assigned

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1 years of work experience with data entry
  • Able to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter with ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with SAP S4Hana a plus
  • Experience with ticketing systems a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function as a member of a team to accomplish group objectives
