The BI Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Coke Florida Information Governance Organization responsible for the delivery of dashboards and reporting. This role will work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer and Product Teams, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Finance to understand business requirements for reporting; either deliver or work with the delivery team to drive data-driven reports that meet the needs of the business, manage the validation process, and suggest ways to optimize and improve.

What you will do:
The BI Reporting Analyst is a key member of the Coke Florida Information Governance Organization responsible for the delivery of dashboards and reporting. This role will work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer and Product Teams, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Finance to understand business requirements for reporting; either deliver or work with the delivery team to drive data-driven reports that meet the needs of the business, manage the validation process, and suggest ways to optimize and improve.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements and translate the needs into technical specifications for report development.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of key reports and dashboards.
- Perform user acceptance testing and key validations.
- Conduct analysis and produce ad-hoc, time-sensitive reports as needed.
- Participate in programs and processes ensuring data governance is in place during data use.
- Identify and address data quality issues that may impact reporting accuracy.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on data within Coke Florida, how it flows through which systems and how it can interact with other systems.
- Manage reporting needs around non-CONA Coke Florida systems (i.e., Margin Minder, Salesforce, Dayforce).
- Manage all reporting related to field incentives in Margin Minder, Power BI or other reporting tool.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, statistics, data management or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years’ work experience in creating and managing reporting initiatives.
- Experience with Power BI reporting tools required.
- Experience with Tableau or other reporting tools desired.
- Experience with Salient/Margin Minder highly desired.
- 1-3 years’ experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with key stakeholders.
- An understanding of ETL, data replication, and API design is desired.
- Experience with SAP, Snowflake, Databricks, and Neilson Data highly desired.
- Experience with cloud tools, such as Azure desired.
- Previous experience with data management architectures such as Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Hub and the supporting processes like Data Integration and Governance highly desired.
- Metadata Management experience desired.
