What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV Salesperson position at Colaw RV Sales?
Colaw RV is looking for a a highly motivated, responsible, and dedicated individual willing to help our customers enjoy the RV lifestyle. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RV's, and make money! Your success in generating sales of new and used RV's will be rewarded through an aggressive commission-driven pay plan.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to find the right RV that meets their needs.
- Learn and become a product and lifestyle specialist in the RV Industry.
- Commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
- Close sales effectively by working with management, F&I department, and service department.
- Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and management.
- Generate sales for new and used RVs and follow up on internet leads.
- Communicate effectively with Walk In, Phone, and Internet customers.
Skills/Requirements:
- Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team.
- Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
Pay & Hours, etc.
- This position is commission-based with the potential to earn spiffs on certain units. Experienced Sales Associates could possibly earn up to $100,000 in commission.
- 40-55 hour work week. Typical week would be working 4 week days plus Saturday 9am - 3pm. Saturdays are the busiest day and are required.
- Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
- Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
