Stein in Leavenworth is seeking a positive, hardworking Lead BeerTender to join our dynamic team leading into the busy season. Stein is a 55-tap beer hall with rice bowls, sandwhiches, pubfood, and house cocktails. The BeerTender is a unique role that assists guests in making selections from our craft beer, wine, and liquor menu. BeerTenders are expected to work in the dining room as well, bussing and cleaning as needed, while interacting with our guests to deliver top-notch service in a casual dining environment. All employees must have a do-it-all attitude and flexibility in scheduling. Previous bar and restaurant experience is a plus.
The Lead position requires some employee and office management duties, including but not limited to:
- Healthy food, beer, and spirits knowledge
- Computer literacy, especially in Excel, Word, and other programs a plus
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems
