The Wealth Management Associate’s responsibilities include:
- Develop long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, acting as a primary point of contact for clients and partnering with outside advisors (CPAs/attorneys) and custodians

Participate in client meetings, prepare meeting summaries, and direct post-meeting action items; present clients with ideas and concepts in an organized and effective manner (in conjunction with internal tax, investment, and estate planning professionals)

Manage and delegate workflow with the team’s Client Service Associates and serve as a resource and mentor for them; handle overflow money movement requests when the CSAs are busy or absent, including capital calls, distributions, journals, trades, and asset transfers

Oversee the preparation and processing of all documentation related to client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing maintenance; review documentation prepared by the team’s CSAs

Coordinate client "touch points" to reinforce the ongoing sales and client retention process, including anniversaries, thank you notes, and gifts

Oversee the gathering, organization, and input of client data into the CRM (Salesforce); manage data integrity and keep records current; use Salesforce data for team projects

May assist the Wealth Planner in gathering and inputting data to produce financial plans
Required Experience:
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- A Bachelor's degree

3 years of client service experience in the wealth management industry

Series 65 license and FPQP (paraplanner certification)/first module of CFP or willing to get them within 12-18 months

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM, MoneyGuidePro, and/or Tamarac is a plus

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to delegate, multi-task, and manage a busy workload

Excellent reliability (core hours 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday)
