Warranty Specialist

The candidate will be on the front line for our customer service team. This job is ideal for someone who is dependable, reliable, and spontaneous. Responsibilities:

Warranty Specialist has the following responsibilities and duties:

· Candidate will take inbound calls and emails regarding our products (Minibikes, Go Karts, ATVs, etc.) and resolve issues in and timely and effective manner.

· Serve as a primary contact for customer communication and issues.

· Manages the implementation, renewal, and claims administration of client benefit programs.

· Assists in ensuring the customer needs are met.

· Complies and maintains record and documents.

· Manages the workflow in detail, according to established protocol.

· Ensures all customer’s data is entered and updated in our system.

· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

· Act as the company gatekeeper.

· Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma/GED or higher.

· 18 yrs. and over.

- Minimum of 1-2 years call center experience.

-Dependable.

· Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications.

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must.

· Exceptional customer service skills. Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and Outlook are required.

Compensation:

· After 90 Days of day of hire -Medical benefits including dental.

· Paid holidays, sick leave and personal leave.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
