PAY IS A VERY COMPETITIVE BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION
Job Roles
- Managing all day-to-day operations of the dental office and achieving operational goals
- Effectively managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections and receivables
- Handling patient services issues
- Increasing patient growth by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs
- Building office morale by promoting a friendly, team environment. Our office culture is TOP PRIORITY
- Maintaining the professional appearance of the office
- Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPPA, radiology, etc, and keeping professional licenses up-to-date
- Leading regular office meetings
- Managing A/R, collections, and using metrics to track practice performance
- Training front office staff in all job functions necessary to efficiently run the office
- HR duties: payroll, managing employee file, hire and terminate staff as needed
- Lead employee performance evaluations and coaching employees
Qualifications and Skills
- Track record for providing excellent customer service
- Must possess excellent leadership skills and must have a driven, over-achiever attitude
- Excellent communication skills with patients and staff in either positive or negative situations -- coaching skills
- Ability to successfully and efficiently work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization
- Corporate/DSO experience is highly desired
