Job Description
Day to Day:
- Provides technical training and mentorship to other Engineers as appropriate.
- Provides alternate solutions for critical issues to management prior to implementation.
- Assists in the evaluation and selections of new equipment, accessories, and supplies.
- Assists in a consultative capacity in the evaluation of purchase specifications.
- Maintains timely, accurate and thorough documentation required.
- Resolves advanced service repair needs and communicates with internal teams.
Must Haves:
- 8 years of experience servicing electrical equipment for Engineer III
- High School Diploma
- Previous job titles would include:
- Field service technician
- Imaging engineer
- Biomedical engineer
- Biomedical equipment technician
- Experience working with Xray, CT, PET, MRI, and Ultrasound imaging devices
Plusses:
- Highly preferred: Associates Degree in Applied Electronics
- Military, biomedical engineering background also preferred
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
