Job Description
Software Engineer - iValua
· We are a business/technology team within Procurement that supports solution delivery within two S2P Tools (iValua & Coupa). Tools are considered Business Managed Applications.
· The tools we manage support the Procurement function and processes and focus on delivering configuration solutions & enhancements request that support S2P processes.
· Immediate team is a team of three overall team is a group of 8.
Daily Responsibilities:
· With a primary focus on iValua.
· Provide technical guidance and counsel during the stakeholder analysis process to assist the Product Managers in (identifying optimum solutions).
· Provide technical expertise to assist the Product Managers in identifying risks, and developing, and recommending mitigation strategies within the context of solution delivery via configuration.
· Configure applications to meet the signed-off business requirements. Use Ivalua technical framework (C# .NET & SQL) to configure and customize Ivalua S2C (Source-to-Contract) solution to meet specific business requirements
· Develop advanced configuration knowledge and show strong technical creativity skills to leverage configuration features in order to limit custom code.
· Conduct user interviews and gather feedback with internal and external stakeholders. Determine the appropriate solution and provide proposed solution recommendations to Product Managers and internal and external stakeholders.
· Determine how new application releases impact current business processes & documentation.
· Manage deliveries and solve technical operational issues
· Plan, manage and conduct Testing Phase (UAT and PIV)
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?
· Ivalua (Source to Contract) is our current tool and we are seeking a candidate with this specific tool knowledge - iValua Certification Level III.
· Experience in software development, primarily in C#, .NET and SQL Server
· Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement is a plus
· Self-driven, results oriented, strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, and designations:
· Comfortable looking for configuration solutions versus new coding and development Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement is a plus
·
