About the Role
- We are seeking an Internal Employee Technology Support role for a global user base. The role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary systems via phone. The ideal candidate will have experience in the MS Office application suite and excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be provided. Technologies may include Windows 10/11, MS Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for MS applications and proprietary systems via phone - Utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with call handling and customer service
Desired Skills:
- Technical assessment required - Must know about iOS, Windows, and Production Support Level 1: Help Desk Required Skills: - Experience in MS Office application suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technology Call Center or Customer Service experience - Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets - Familiarity with ticketing systems and iOS devices
