Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled TIBCO Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, designing, and implementing integration solutions using TIBCO technologies. The candidate will be responsible for the development and support of enterprise-level applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO technologies, including TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Administrator.


• Create and maintain documentation of integration solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.


• Collaborate with other developers, architects, and business analysts to gather requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs.


• Test, debug, and troubleshoot integration solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and function correctly.


• Provide technical support for production issues related to integration solutions.


• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure code quality and best practices are followed.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest TIBCO technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing integration solutions using TIBCO technologies.


• Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO Administrator.


• Experience with XML, XSLT, Java, and web services (SOAP and REST).


• Excellent troubleshooting skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
