About the Role :
- We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in functionality and have extensive experience working with large global organizations.
- This position will be U.S. focused, so experience with large organizations within the U.S. is a priority.
- The selected individual will partner with the team to review processes, recommend best practices, and provide guidance on payroll process improvement.
Responsibilities :
- The selected individual will not be processing payroll but will need to have a deep understanding of underlying processes and how they can be applied at our organization.
- Ask questions and challenge the status quo to drive process improvements.
- Partner with the team to review processes and recommend best practices and industry knowledge.
- Utilize leadership and hands-on experience to provide consultant-style guidance on end-to-end payroll process improvement.
Qualification :
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience.
Skill :
- Knowledge of Technology ev6, Workday.
- Experience working with large global organizations within the U.S.
- Experience providing guidance on payroll best practices.
- Experience speaking with vendors.
End-to-End payroll processing experience.
Ideal Candidate :
- Able to articulate their role effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- End-to-End Payroll knowledge with an emphasis on payroll
- processing. Ability to assist with change management.
