What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Manager (Manufacuting) position at Collaborative, LLC?
Main responsibilities:
· Manages the development of production plans to support end customer sales, independent demand, and finished goods changes.
· Manages finished goods inventory levels and safety stocks in support of end customer sales at the desired service levels, while maintaining the lowest inventory investment possible.
· Resolves product delivery conflicts with plans and prioritizes production schedules.
· Sets strategic and tactical direction for the supply planning organization to support business plans.
· Develops strategic improvement initiatives to meet long-range goals; assure implementation of these initiatives.
· Consolidates, reviews, and approves information required for plans and updates; presents to senior management.
· Ensures schedule commitments and financial goals are met.
· Manages resources, provides direction to staff, approves broad staffing decisions and develops the organization to ensure effectiveness.
· Coordinates, reviews, and approves operations budgets, capital plans, productivity/quality projects, cost improvement projects and safety projects.
· Manages the introduction of new products to ensure a flexible strategy is maintained.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree minimum education required in Engineering, Finance, Science or business preferred | Master's Degree: Preferred
· Technical and financial requirements of the position require strong analytical, planning and general management skills.
· Materials & Financial management experience
· Project Management and operations experience
· Manufacturing Engineering/Technical Management
