Lead Teacher (9th and 10th grade)
As our Lead Teacher, you will facilitate workshops so our Scholars are supported and empowered to tackle high school life and apply for college. Day to day, you will prepare for workshops, facilitate programming for scholars, and track and analyze student data. To thrive in this job, you must have experience working with high school students from underserved communities.

- You have experience and comfort facilitating workshops for groups of students
- You are adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds
- You have experience coaching and working one-on-one with students
- You are a flexible and collaborative worker, eager to work with a team to best support students
- You are excited to support our students by working with them in-person 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday - Thursday and remotely 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Friday with flexibility for occasional morning and weekend hours

This is a Non-exempt position. The full salary range for this position is $51,714 - $69,966 ($24.86/hr-$33.64/hr), with the exact salary depending on experience. New staff are rarely brought in at the top of the range to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during an employee’s time at College Track. We are committed to the growth and development of staff both through formal and informal opportunities.
