Collibra is seeking an innovative, agile, data-oriented Senior People Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced, global environment. This individual contributor role will report into the Senior Director, People Partners, partner with members from the senior leadership team across global R&D and matrix into the People Partner Director in the US to deeply understand functional business objectives and align/execute People Strategies and Programs to attract, develop and retain our most valuable asset, our employees. People Partners at Collibra are responsible for:- Building relationships with the senior leaders in their client groups, first and second line managers as well as the People Partner Team to proactively identify and develop People strategies that connect to business outcomes - build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Advising and coaching managers and leaders to attract, retain and develop top talent in a rapidly changing environment.
- Leading the People Programs for their client groups including but not limited to workforce planning, compensation and equity cycles, employee voice surveys, performance management, employee relations and compliance.
- Collaborating as a key stakeholder with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Compensation, Talent Management on the design, implementation and management of People Programs throughout the employment lifecycle. Many of these frameworks are evolving with company growth and will require a partner with the ability to quickly pivot, develop and execute new programs.
- Collaborating as a key stakeholder with People Operations Team on design and application of employee dashboards as well as day to day support for individual employee support.
- Mitigating risk by proactively aligning compliance with the country requirements and handling internal employee relations issues as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues for the United States and potentially other regions, as well as the client groups you support
- Minimum of 6 years of HR business partner experience partnering with multiple senior leaders and management at a fast paced, growing organization and/or MBA, Masters or high degree of business acumen
- Tech-savviness including ability to leverage (learn, if necessary) collaboration tools including Google Sheets and Slack as well as navigate core HR Systems (Workday, Greenhouse)
- Experience working in a matrixed model with both global and regional responsibilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make recommendations through judgment that is consistent with company culture as well as standards, practices, policies, procedures or local governing laws
- Demonstrated analytical and goal oriented experience utilizing HR metrics to drive business results.
- Experience partnering and leading performance management and employee relations with an understanding of labor relations and labor laws in local markets.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and/or MBA, Masters or high degree of business acumen
- Experienced at partnering with senior leadership in the Tech Industry or have supported senior leaders in a fast paced, growing organization.
- Experienced with US employment law and compliance and have general experience navigating US based employee relation issues.
- Strategic mindset to connect business goals and objectives with People strategies and initiatives.
- High degree of business acumen, excellent people management skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and work independently.
- Proven in successfully developing end-to-end programs for your client groups to solve real business needs.
- Within your first month, you will understand key objectives and priorities for the R&D organization through relationships built with leadership and management
- Within your third month, you will understand key People Programs and be applying People strategies
- Within your sixth month, you will have navigated the annual review and compensation cycle and be fully integrated in the Partnership with your Teams
The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $209,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
