Position: Research Coordinator
Reports to: Managing Partner
Direct reports: Research Assistant
Experience: Associates Degree
Key Responsibilities
- Gather data on market activity by observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from relevant sources and enter it into existing CRM database and/or relevant projects
- Collaborate with Brokerage team to update data and troubleshoot to ensure market data meets standards
- Provide brokers with property comparison reports and perform scheduled comparison trades with appraisers
- Enter property records and comparisons into database
- Perform weekly deal reporting, including submissions to the press
- Obtain monthly building permit reports from Cities and Counties throughout Idaho
- Pull demographic data, void analysis, traffic counts, and ownership data
- Assist with data requests from brokers
- Responsible for collection and preparation of data required for writing quarterly market reports. Compiles and writes the quarterly market reports, including copy, statistics, graphs, and charts
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) is required
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced office with excellent time management, communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to work independently
- Must be team oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of basic office procedures
- Knowledge of coding and data scrubbing preferred
- Python experience preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
