What you bring
- Working towards a degree and/or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels for the organization and with external partners.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.
Bonus skills and experience
- Previous experience working within a real estate environment.
- Experience working within a professional services environment.
What success looks like
- Conduct a variety of information searches (availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant and transaction information) utilizing internal and external resources.
- Assist with survey calling in order to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information.
- Database updates (property, company and contact information).
- You are able to grow your role within the business through efficient completion of your duties allowing you time to take on new responsibilities.
