Job Description

With the accelerated growth in our recently opened Essendon Fields office, Colliers are looking for experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing experts to work alongside our market leading agency Directors. This role will see the right person involved in the sales, leasing & marketing of commercial properties in the North western suburbs of Melbourne.

With the strong operational support, this role will see the successful candidate further accelerate their career within Commercial Sales & Leasing. 

The scope of the role will include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace.
  • Identify potential clients and properties to sell.
  • Analysing the sales potential of properties using the standard valuation models.
  • Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers
  • Coordinate marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, videos and site inspections.

Qualifications

  • Ideally the right person will be an experienced Commercial Sales & Leasing expert 
  • University Degree Qualified preferred but not essential
  • Excellent Communication skills both Written and Oral, ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff.
  • Understanding of local property market and current trends
  • Intermediate with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)
