Job Description
We have the rare opportunity for a Senior Executive role within our award-winning Corporate Marketing and Communications team.
This role is integral to enhancing the productivity of the business through the implementation and project management of key marketing initiatives related to Property Marketing & Digital.
Reporting to the State Chief Executive | Queensland, the position is primarily responsible for supporting our brand, property marketing, client marketing and our internal operational platforms.
Key to the success of this position is a can-do attitude and effective coordination and management of marketing tactics, continual collaboration with the national marketing team, monthly monitoring of mutually agreed metrics, championship of systems, tools and resources, and alignment with the company’s brand strategy and marketing plan goals.
Qualifications
To excel in this dynamic and fast paced role you will require:
- Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ general marketing experience in similar role.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Initiative, creativity and willingness to implement improvements to current systems and processes.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop and/or Indesign)
