Colliers Project Leaders is actively seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Commissioning and Energy Services Team serving the CT region. The Assistant Project Manager is a mid-level position responsible for providing Commissioning services for both new building/major renovation commissioning projects (Cx) and existing building commissioning projects (EBCx) in our core markets which include high end residential, commercial, education, and institutional clients.
Essential Functions:
Candidates must have a basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for buildings and infrastructure. This position will require the ability to work on site with clients on a regular basis.
