Job Description
- To play a key role in master planning assignments, especially in the provision of design and conceptual input and related feasibility studies.
- To implement, execute and undertake consultancy projects and activities. You should ensure that assignment deadlines are met with high-quality research output.
- To be accountable for the quality of work produced and take the accountability for the veracity of the data and the methodology used in arriving at conclusions put forward.
- To service the needs of existing clients and the general nurturing of client relationships. You are expected to be continually aware of the needs of clients, to provide effective solutions and to follow up and maintain client contact after completion of projects.
- To follow guidelines and carry out instructions from the supervisors in Colliers International.
- To execute any other assignments or business development initiatives as directed by department head.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years working experience in real estate consultancy.
- Strong communication skills, with good ability to articulate research findings analyze and present recommendations in a professional and proficient manner.
- High level of numeracy, especially with financial analysis.
- Confident, well experienced in dealing with top management in internal and external organizations.
- Master planning/architectural skills.
- Highly independent, analytical and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
