Primary Location: We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities. Job Summary: The Technology Project Manager will provide project management services under the direction of the Chief Information Officer. Plan, execute and complete large scale, technically complex projects as assigned. Provide project management for one or more project teams comprised of technical and subject matter experts. May manage a number of projects simultaneously. Required Qualifications: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead project teams through planning, assigning and overseeing diverse activities; define project goals, objectives, scope and estimates of schedules, resources and costs. Manage project execution through continual coordination of planning, tasking, change control and issue management. Escalate issues to the Chief Information Officer as needed. Confer with functional users within an assigned business or service area to develop plans to address business needs; implement departmental defined change management strategies. Initiate communication among project teams, customers and appropriate levels of management. Deliver project status reports and presentations. Ensure timely delivery and project implementation. Supplemental Functions Perform other related duties as assigned. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures and Core Values. Bachelor's degree preferred. Three (3) years of experience as a project manager with proven ability to lead enterprise applications projects. Licenses and Certifications Must have a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or obtain the certification within six (6) months of employment.
