Route Driver

Collins Cleaners is hiring full-time and part-time Route Drivers to pick up and distribute our client's items throughout Charlotte, NC. We offer our delivery drivers a competitive wage of $11/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A ROUTE DRIVER

Whether picking up or dropping off, you are a hero that transports our clients' valued items in a timely manner along your designated route. After warmly greeting our clients, you check in with them regarding their experience with our service and handle any and all concerns with care. With attention-to-detail, you load or unload the company-provided cargo van taking care to respect our clients' items. You ensure delivery to the correct destination, as well as positively represent Collins Cleaners at each stop. You are conscientious about keeping all necessary paperwork up to date. And, you are a competent and dependable delivery driver who navigates the roads with the utmost concern to those around you. You truly take the safety of others and yourself seriously. At the end of each shift, you feel accomplished and satisfied that you can provide a courteous delivery to the customers we service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of delivery experience

• Current Class A CDL
n
• Acceptable driving record
n
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position

WORK SCHEDULE

Work is performed in a large company-provided cargo van. Delivery drivers work full-time 8 am - 2 pm Monday-Saturday and part-time schedules are Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm and/or 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Once route is complete, your workday is complete.
