Customer Service/Sales Rep

Collins Manufacturing is currently looking for a positive, clever and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to assist our Sales Manager with day-to-day phones, emails and general service requests of customers, vendors and S/R logistics partners. We have been manufacturing industrial vehicle dollies for half a century here in the Rogue Valley and we aren’t going anywhere!

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

· Answer incoming phone calls & emails for existing and new customers

· At least 2 years of customer service/sales experience

· Must have professional, accessible, and positive customer service demeanor… go the extra mile!

· Help complete orders and troubleshoot existing ones through email, phone and software

· Must be familiar with QuickBooks, MS Office, Google Office and standard office equipment

· Very organized, highly accurate in all systems and able to juggle multiple tasks at once

· Able to accurately perform data entry, research and resolve complex customer requests

· Preferably have experience with domestic and international shipping/receiving/logistics processes, paperwork and terminology (BOL, SLI, tracking, customs and S/R problem solving)

· Experience in a manufacturing/fab environment a BIG plus

· High School diploma or GED, ability to commute to job and work all assigned hours

· Ability to take a drug screen, pass a criminal check and legally work in the U.S

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

· Schedule: PT Monday – Friday 8-12 OR FT Monday – Friday 8-4:30 depending on candidate

· $16-$17/hour depending on skill-sets, experience and ability to perform above duties
