What does a Regional Account Director do?
Owns the key strategic relationship with leading financial institution. The Regional Account Director seeks trends and insights and enables the success of the team. This role is charged with developing key relationships inside each of the HQ functions and is responsible for identifying additional revenue opportunities for all Collinson suite of products
Identify, pursue, and close new business within existing accounts representing all Collinson’s suite of products, market, and portfolio expansion. Represent Collinson’s suite of products to increase Collinson’s value to the customer and increase customer satisfaction while meeting growth objectives.
Your duties will include and are not limited to the following activities and tasks:
- Engage with and grow assigned account base consisting primarily of leading financial institutions.
- Take ownership of delivering the client experience and meeting client expectations.
- Strategize and advise client with new opportunities; identify, pursue and close new business within existing accounts via product, market, and portfolio expansion.
- Actively identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities, cross sales or expansion of existing portfolios that will increase Collinson’s value to the customer and increase customer satisfaction while meeting growth objectives.
- Own and drive the professional business communications and on-going cross-functional interaction with the Client, Plano Leadership, and Collinson’s global teams.
How will you add value?
- Senior Account management experience
- Expert in building relationships with the executive level of fortune 500 organizations.
- Articulate in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus) with the ability to deliver presentations in a professional and influential manner.
- Well-established ability to build rapport and network effectively, using a "consultative selling" approach.
- Commercial awareness and good understanding of international competitive environments
- Ability to travel as needed (10%-25%)
