What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner/APN position at Colorado Coalition for the Homeless?
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks compassionate Nurse Practitioners/APN who are driven to help and care for individuals experiencing homelessness. Join us in continuing to build our clinical programs which include: The Stout Street Health Center, the Recuperative Care Center, Street Medicine, Health Outreach Program (mobile clinic) and satellite clinics!
This position is located at 2175 California St., Denver, Colorado 80204 and reports to the Associate Medical Director.
NOTE: In order to ensure that our consumers receive the best possible care the candidate chosen to fill this position will be required to complete our internal credentialing and privileging process prior to a start date. The credentialing and privileging timeline is dependent on the selected candidate's submission of documents necessary for clearance. Please note that a start date will be scheduled once credentialing and privileging is complete.

Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness is a plus.

Qualifications Summary
A Master of Science or Doctorate degree in Nursing from a program accredited by the American Nurse Association or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Current registration (or ability to obtain) in the State of Colorado as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner from the American Nurse's Credentialing Center.

Salary : $109,220 - $131,064
