CNS is seeking Administrative Support to support a local utility department by executing the general administrative functions of a wide variety of administrative tasks including preparing documents and reports, creating application packets, verifying data, answering phones, compiling records, organizing and maintaining information, resolving billing issues, and providing general office support.
Responsibilities:
Submitting billing requests
Reconciling and creating work orders
Creating work orders
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments for customers
Responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours
Qualifications:
Supporting AUT and AMI Endpoint Installers
Answering calls from AMI Endpoint Installers and questions related to customer premises and meter/endpoint information.
Researching field activity and meter/endpoint information in our CC&B System
Using our Work Order Management System to verify work returned to Colorado Springs Utilities
Contacting customers to schedule appointments for meter/endpoint exchanges
Interpreting information from and entering data into our Work Order Management System and CC&B System
Collaborating with Field Services Admin team to ensure work is handed off and executed correctly
CompetenciesAbility to perform basic computer functions
Skill in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, photo viewing software, and billing software.
Ability to verify data and enter data into forms
Knowledge of PII Controls (data loss prevention) and data integrity.
Experience with invoicing and billing
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
