JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
As the HR Coordinator, you will play a valuable role within the CNS team, providing support for new employees and ensuring every new hire has an outstanding experience. You will provide support to employees and partners across the organization to address specific requests, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help create operational efficiency in our HR processes and will assist with other projects to support the employee lifecycle.
Essential Functions

1. Responsible for assisting and responding to inquiries through phone calls, in-person and via email.
2. Managing Human Resources data, and internal HRIS, as well as spreadsheets and timelines, with particular focus on meeting client deliverables and helping the team manage regular workload and special projects.
3. Maintaining digital Human Resources files on behalf of our clients, in accordance with Human Resources best practices, and applicable laws, with a focus on timeliness and accuracy
4. Preparing, sending, and reviewing Human Resources onboarding and hiring documents, using web-based software.
5. Provide end to end HR administrative support including processing new hires and terminations, updates to existing employees, pre-employment screening, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
6. Assist the Recruiting team with I-9 verifications, creation of offer letters, background checks and coordination of physical appointments.
7. Pull daily reports for the Recruiting team to ensure compliance of new hire tasks
8. Utilize Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) to create presentations, reports, documents and communicate via email with employees and external customers.
9. Use a team-focused attitude to assist in providing excellent service within all aspects of HR.
Competencies
1. Experience with complex HRIS software
2. Skills required to communicate diplomatically, persuasively, effectively (oral and written.)
3. Ability to maintain a high level of integrity when handling sensitive and confidential documents and information.
4. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.)
5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field.
2. Two years customer service experience or HR data processing.
