What are the responsibilities and job description for the TMS Technician position at Colorado Recovery Solutions?

Colorado Recovery Solutions is a woman/veteran/psychiatrist owned, operated, and quickly growing innovative brain and mental health office in the Springs. Our main focus is using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation to treat individuals suffering from treatment resistant depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxious depression, and nicotine dependence. TMS is a highly effective, non-invasive treatment for depression and other mental health disorders that is performed in our office setting. This position is a great way to join a passionate mental health group from the ground up.

As the TMS Technician, you will be spending most of your time in personal contact with our TMS clients. Excellent communication skills and empathetic patient care is a must for this position.

Under the supervision of a board-certified Psychiatrist, the TMS technician will:

  • Provide daily treatments for patients
  • Update daily progress notes
  • Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams, respectively
  • Perform front office administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or at least one year of working in mental health field (Preferred)
  • Successful completion of TMS Technician certification (training and certification provided during initial period of employment)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
  • Excellent work ethic along with willingness and desire to learn
