General Summary
Assists in performing routine analysis and systems design.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Assists in routine analysis of systems designs *
- Responsible for obtaining user information to conduct analysis when problems occur *
- Assists in the preparation of systems specifications *
- Assists in the preparation of basic functional process charts on existing and proposed operations *
- Assists in the creation of routine systems designs *
- Prepares routine logic flow charts on basic systems *
- May prepare record layouts that are detailed in nature from provided specifications
- May conduct uncomplicated form designs and layouts
- Provide support for workspace modernization and maintenance of network infrastructure
- Support installation, removal, and relocation of desktop systems and associated peripherals
- Support installation and removal of under floor/overhead network cabling and cabling modifications as needed within communications closets and computer rooms

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. May use related experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 2 years work related experience
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without an accommodation
- Ability to read and follow schematics and diagrams
- Good communication skills
- Minimum of a DoD Top Secret clearance with eligibility for DIA-SCI access. Candidate selected must be able to successfully pass DIA CI polygraph within 60 days of hire
- Successfully acquire a Security Certification within 1 year of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Graduation from Military Tech school and 2 years of military service
- Experience with Windows/Linux Operating systems
- Security Certification
