What You Will Own in this Position
- Coordinating provider schedules with the needs of the patient
- Checking in patients for their appointments
- Assisting with creating WebPT cases
What You Bring to this Position
- An understanding of insurance co-pays and the ability to communicate it to the patient
- Accuracy in updating patient account information and history, setting up appointments, and more
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate the patient's care plan

To Be Successful
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with a medical office setting is a plus and desired!
