About The Role
Responsible for month end and quarterly reporting, including maintaining and revising liquidity model and investment portfolio. Create reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations associated with internal metrics, business processes, market economics, and more to provide insights to senior management and business leaders in support of decision-making efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and Maintain all activity related to the investment portfolio.
- Assisting with purchase and sales analysis.
- Maintaining and revising, as necessary, investments file imports for feeding Axiom budget and profitability system.
- Assist with data for regulator and audit purposes.
- Maintain and analyze results of liquidity model.
- Maintains deposit pricing by
- Producing and analyzing market scan reporting
- Making written deposit rate recommendations with quantitative impact of recommendations
- Initiating change management processes for implementing approved changes.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards. Including interviewing stake holders to determine scope and acceptance criteria of dashboards and regular data integrity reviews.
- Prepare peer-to-peer reports for CEO report to compare CCU to competitors.
- Provide management with ad hoc analysis of various aspects of the credit union operations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures.
- Crossed trained to support month-end functionalities of Senior Financial Analyst.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.).
- Data Analytics: 2 years-experience producing, parsing, organizing and reviewing data analytics for accuracy/trend/forecasting.
- Intermediate Excel- VLookup formulas, Sumifs, Pivot Tables and the ability to research Excel questions with minimal assistance.
- Support data input and analysis experience: Preferred applications include Lodestar, Oracle databases, Encompass, LoansPQ and Tableau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- The ability to exercise judgment, initiative, and tact in dealing with staff and all levels of management.
COMPENSATION
- $66,000.00- $75,000.00/ year
- Back Office Incentive potential
