Responsibilities

Scheduling

  • Maintain a full schedule according to daily goals, in accordance to appointment guidelines
  • Efficiently process patient check-in and walk-out, payment and scheduling of next appointment


Customer Service

  • Answer phone calls quickly and professionally
  • Greet patients and families with enthusiasm
  • Manage incoming mail and faxes and scanning and storage of patient documentation


Qualifications

  • Self-starter with positive attitude
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
