I. JOB FUNCTION SUMMARY
Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
II. JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the end-to-end candidate journey and experience: sourcing, screening and selection, offer, conversion, hire and on-boarding
- Habitually recruit exceptional candidates to join our rapidly growing team within varying departments and locations
- Coordinate internal job requisitions and inbound job applications
- Persistently maintain a steady stream of viable candidates utilizing various job boards and other methods
- Creatively identify non-traditional means of candidate recruitment
- Establish quick rapport with candidates to schedule phone, video and face to face interviews and qualify them for job opportunities and company fit
- Facilitate several new employee orientations and exit interviews.
IV. Preferred Qualifications (Experience, Education or Certification)
- 3 years of recruitment experience with proficiency
- Proficiency with managing tracking programs, and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in navigating multiple websites and social media avenues.
- Ability to quickly and accurately evaluate candidates
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple calendars and tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and a sense of urgency
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,396.00 - $53,356.00 per year
