Job Summary:
Trane in Columbus, OH is hiring for an overall General Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will function as district sales leader for new systems, services, and contracting revenue streams. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owner accounts. Sales constitutes all the processes and functions required for obtaining inside/outside sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
