SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Count Drop Team lead is responsible for the overall accurate, secure, and efficient operation of the Count Drop Team department. The Count Drop Team lead and the Count Drop Department functions independently of revenue generation but is subsequently accountable for funds handled by Count Drop. Performs all functions in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and State laws and gaming regulations statutes, the Comanche Nation Casinos mission statement, and the objectives of the organization, as well as established policies, procedures, and controls.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following are major duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive or restrictive. The successful performance of these duties is necessary for CNE to reach its fullest potential and provide a superior entertainment experience to our guests.
Directs the overall operation of the Count Drop Department in the absence of the Count Drop Team Manager.
Works with management and surveillance, Security, Compliance, and CNGC Managers to ensure efficient and ongoing compliance with policies and procedures.
Ensures accountability, reports suspicious activity, and complies with all compliance reports and findings.
Serves as the lead for the Count Drop Department and performs duties in accordance with casino policies and applicable laws. Ensures all issues are handled in a timely manner with the count drop team department, which includes personnel issues such as disciplinary actions, scheduling, evaluations, and time and attendance.
Directs the activities of all count drop learn employees in accordance with the Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
The Drop Team lead regularly communicates and exchanges information with coworkers and guests. The Count Drop Team lead is regularly required to lift or carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds. The Count Drop Team lead is regularly required to move, transport, and position objects weighing more than 50 pounds and is required to stand for more than 75% of their shifts. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights, and the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location, and the amount of business.
The Count Drop Team lead must be able and willing to work any shift in a 24-hour operation, including weekends and holidays and to work in a smoke-filled environment.
The Count Drop Team lead may be exposed to the risks associated with attempting to resolve contentious issues with guests and staff members.

Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalency, including a home school certificate;
And have one ( l) or more years of related experience and/ or training;
And one (l) year of Managerial experience.
The ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematics such as probability and inference should be proven in education, training, and/or work experience.
Experience in the gaming industry is preferable.
Salary : $16 - $25
