Assure aircraft maintenance work, materials and practices conform to FAA, customer, co1npany and manufacturers' standards of quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Read and interpret airframe and engine maintenance manuals.
- Perfot1n aircraft maintenance both inside and outside of hanger environment.
- Ensure that all aircraft maintenance work, materials, and practices conform to FAA, customer, company and
manufacturers' standards of quality.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with EH&S procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain enter-and intradepartmental workflow by fostering a spirit of cooperativeness.
- Ensure the proper use of all equipment and full compliance and understanding of all safety rules and regulations.
- Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Lead Mechanic.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires the individual to be enrolled, planning to enroll within 30-60 days and/or graduated in/from Aviation School. This position requires a willingness to learn, hard worker, and the ability to perform the above duties and responsibilities.
JR A&P TECHNICIAN I: No experience as an Airframe and Powerplant attending A&P Program and not required to have own tools
A&P TECHNICIAN II: No experience as an Airframe and Powerplant attending A&P Program and 6 months into program and not required to have own tools.
A&P TECHNICIAN III: No experience as an Airframe and Powerplant attending A&P Program and 12 months into program and not required to have own tools.
A&P TECHNICIAN IV: Completed and 18 months experience with A&P License and not required to have own tools
