Core Responsibilities
- Creative Leader - In partnership with the head of the Comcast Creative group, you will lead the in-house corporate creative team to concept, develop, and execute brand creative across a variety of platforms for a wide range of stakeholders.
- Innovative Translator - Translate complicated messaging into engaging creative across platform
- Hands On - The right person will provide hands on creative leadership, communicate clear creative direction, ensure that creative work is done with excellence, but also possess fluency in the tools used for asset execution.
- Experienced Producer - The creative director will be responsible for creating rich and engaging content in a variety of formats for use throughout our digital platforms in a fast-paced setting. Execution examples include: social-first brand campaigns , editorial photo shoots, longform video series, live event production design and direction, thought-leadership PDF reports and infographics, animations, and more.
- Proactive & Innovative - Continuously Ideate on content across all platforms. Monitor and research industry conversations, competition and trends to understand the landscape and to generate fresh ideas for digital storytelling.
- Foster Creative Collaboration - Guide internal creative team from brainstorm to concept to execution under a clear set of deliverables.
- Measure and Iterate - Collaborate with our broader digital team to evaluate analytics to continuously improve creative supporting our brand reputation.
- Brand Guide - Help establish, maintain, translate, and extend the brand’s look and feel. Maintain brand identity and style guidelines as appropriate. Works with key internal (Head of Corporate Brand and Editorial) and external partners to ensure brand continuity.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 12-15 years relevant art director and/or creative director experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating your innovative work across multiple platforms
- Experience managing multiple high level and fast paced projects at the same time, meeting deadlines, budget & objectives
- Advanced skills in Adobe creative suite, Powerpoint, Keynote, Figma
- Familiarity and experience creating visual content for social media platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas into compelling stories
- Ability to work effectively in both a quick-turn newsroom-like atmosphere as well as part of longer range produced projects.
- Ideal candidate has experience on both agency and client side roles in fast-paced environments.
- Content management system and asset management platform familiarity a plus
