Responsibilities:
Lead project teams from planning to prioritizing feature backlog and development
Complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
Create and manage project charters, supporting documentation, and hold resources accountable
Coordinate departments through clear documentation, communication, and management of the project charter for on-time task completion
Scope and write stories and acceptance criteria to be tracked in Asana
Own the product backlog and run refinement meetings
In collaboration with the Product Manager, plan meaningful product iterations according to business value and ROI
Monitor the product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development
Support mutual goals between Notion and external partners
Stay up to date with our competitors and the industry
Requirements:
8 years of experience in program management, program owner or project management including policies and best practices
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize organize and collaborate, especially on multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with both the corporate and startup world and are able to act as a “translator” between the two is a plus
