Job Summary
Responsible for supervising the Line Adherence Tool (LAT) and working with all internal and external LAT customers to ensure system functionality. Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of forecast loads, data accuracy and analytics. Sets priorities for enhancements and ensures open communication across multiple organizations related to LAT activities.

Core Responsibilities

Supervises the Line Adherence Tool ensure effective and efficient operations.

Supervises the Workforce unit to ensure effective and efficient operations.

Directs the development and implementation of short or long term volume/staffing forecasting models for inbound and outbound lines of business unit.

Ability to manage data accuracy to produce timely invoices and ad hoc reports
-
Oversees the timely analysis of work volume and the effective administration of daily workflow to achieve service level and processing objectives.

Gathers and maintains historical data, developing statistical models and producing volume/staffing forecasts to determine required resources to meet cost and service level targets.

Produces and implements automation or procedural changes to increase productivity, accuracy and improve workflow.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Minimum Requirements
-
Experience with Workforce Management forecasting and analytics
-
Advanced Excel skills required as well as proficiency using Power BI
-
Data visualization expertise using tools like PowerPoint and Tableau

Working knowledge of Avaya or other phone system CMS

Vendor Management invoicing tools experience required

Salary:
National Pay Range: $51,718.51 USD-$121,215.25 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
