What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at Comcentric Inc.?
We have needs for Customer Service Reps in Jasper, TX for ongoing contracts.
This is an onsite opportunity with work hours either between 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Speaking to disaster survivors in DRCs, Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
- Researches and analyzes information for compliance with Federal and State Guidelines.
- Provides status updates of their Other Needs Assistance (ONA) cases.
- Answer calls using an automatic call distribution (ACD) system (toll-free State Disaster Assistance Help Line) to respond to statewide inquiries and requests for ONA from disaster survivors.
- Liaising with personnel in the DRC.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Experience with Windows-based software.
- Previous experience in customer service-related field.
- Call center experience preferred.
- NEMIS experience preferred. (National Education Management Information System)
Must have the ability to gain understanding of overall program, including federal and state guidelines, regulations, programs, policies and procedures.
