Local rate: $50/hr
“Travel” rate: $55/hr including $22/hr per diem built in
- To qualify for travel rate, you must be 25 miles away from the facility
General Summary
- Primary individual responsible for discharge planning for the patient.
- Provides a comprehensive range of social work and psycho-therapeutic services to all patient populations and their families.
Minimum Requirements
- Master of Social Work or other relevant degree
- Knowledgeable and experienced in mental health and inpatient psychiatric settings
