CNA Job Duties include:

• Work one-on-one with Seniors
• Follow individualized care plans for each of our clients
• Assist with positioning and transfers
• Provide medication reminders
• Observe, record, and report relevant care information
• Become familiar with client's preferences to personalize their care.
• Responsible for daily direction and/or assistance of Client's activities of daily living
• Responsible for knowing and properly applying, safety, infection control, and risk management procedures
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the client's home/space.
• Communicate on a regular basis with immediate supervisor regarding client's status and condition
• Other duties as assigned.
• Build meaningful relationships with our clients!

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Colorado CNA license and Current CPR Certification
• TB tested and have the Flu Shot
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation, Valid Driver's License, and auto insurance.
• Clean background, criminal record, and DMV record
• Pass a drug test
• Smart phone - for clocking in & out. You won't have to drive to the office every day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Willingness to drive to outlying clients as needed
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must be able to accurately document and chart patient care
• Must exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards clients
• Must demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
• Desire to help improve the lives of our clients

Working/Physical Conditions:

• Must be able to lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients
• Must be able to assist patients with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Must be able to perform basic light housecleaning tasks
