This is a Part Time which will help support the growth of our company and based on candidate we will look at ways to be flexible if you .
have another work schedule. We are looking for a CNA / LNA for our home care team that can be multifaceted. This position will be helping the management team by focusing on caregiver training and helping grow the business with existing parnterships.
This candidate should have exceptional communication skills, patience to support and help train personnel, along with flexibility to support the leadership on field needs.
It is important that this candidate is comfortable supporting seniors and their families through a continuum of care.
We are a family-owned Home Care, Palliative and Hospice agency. We are a W2 agency that cares and supports our employees and clients.
We pride ourselves on teamwork and consistent communication and strive for excellence in everything we do to help our clients / patients.
We have been in the Valley since 2002 so we are well established. We are seeking a dedicated professional wanting to join us in our journey as we work together in providing care for those in need.
We are posting this position as Part Time but based on success of the role will evaluate as it develops.
Responsibilities include :
- Marketing and developing strong relationships within specific facilities to build the client base.
- Training of new caregivers and existing caregivers for personal growth and development to enhance our clients / patient’s quality of care.
- Willingness to help the leadership team with field needs
- Team support and participation across all entities to help grow the continuum of care.
You would be working with a team of highly dedicated professionals. We are looking for someone that wants to grow in this role and can help with our team’s success.
